Sometimes when using hotspots appear the words limited acces, with mark! on the wlan icon in the bottom right. Why could happen like that? one of the factors is the ip that crashes. access limited or no conectivity sometimes occurs when an ip collided with another user or due to damage to the wlan driver, or operating system crashes. I never experienced this when using the free internet service on campus, whereas before there was no problem with the same connection. Especially for window 7 users like me.
I often find the thread on the internet who have complained that Windows 7 Internet connection in trouble often, otherwise it is "limited or no connectivity" or already "connected" but "no internet access". To resolve the problem that the following the steps:
Make sure the WiFi is on
- Hover over the icon of wireless agent that is in the lower right corner, and then right click, and select trouble shooter (let the system find it and fix it). If the system has to fix it try browsing, if still not follow the second step.
- Hover over the icon of wireless agent, right click, select "Properties", then select "Ipv4 IP Config" and then create a "Automatic" includes DNS config.
- Go to Control Panel, then select "Administrative tools", then select "Services" and then in the window service search menu "DHCP Cient", "DNS Client", and "WLAN Auto Config", this menu should be on the third restart one by one, if the menu is already third on the restart try you see wireless agent icon if there is no exclamation mark, try browsing, so this may be a simple way to help.
then select the service
If not could possibly cause because the ip adrress or the password has expired. but it could be that the errors found on your wifi driver or a windows system is damaged, so the Wlan or wifi drivers need to reinstall.
